Text Messaging

As a result of our first Patient Reference Group survey the surgery may be looking at introducing a one-way text-messaging service which would be purely to remind patients of their appointments.  In order to do this, we need to seek patients consent to send text messages to their mobiles and patients need to make sure that the surgery has the correct mobile telephone number on their patient record.  Receptionists will be asked to check this information with patients when they call but you too could let us know that you would like to receive text message reminders and make sure we have the correct details by sending us a secure email from our contact us page making sure to include your name, address, date of birth, mobile telephone number and stating that you wish to receive text messages.

As a patient of this practice, you are able to see any of the doctors or other health care professionals as long as an appointment is available

We operate a booked appointments system.  Any registered patient may call 020 8674 6376 to make an appointment or book it online if you are registered to make online bookings and repeat prescriptions.  If you are late for an appointment, we may have to ask you to re-book.  If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that we can offer it to others.
